Whether you are seeking individual therapy or f you’re in a relationship that feels strained, distant, or caught in repeating conflicts, Sofi offers a compassionate and steady presence to help you find your way back to yourself and to connection with others.
Sofi is a warm, experienced, and deeply compassionate therapist who brings over 10 years of clinical experience helping individuals and couples move through life’s challenges with greater clarity, steadiness, and hope.
She holds a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Windsor and is known for her thoughtful, personalized approach that blends evidence-based care with genuine human connection. Clients often describe her as calm, insightful, and reassuring — someone who makes it easier to speak openly and feel truly understood.
In individual therapy, Sofi helps clients explore their thoughts and feelings in ways that support thoughtful decision-making, emotional healing, and self-understanding. She believes therapy can be a powerful step toward making choices that feel aligned with your values, rather than reacting from overwhelm or pressure.
Many couples come to therapy unsure where to begin, wondering if things can improve or fearing it may be too late. Sofi gently guides partners in understanding one another more deeply, strengthening communication, and rebuilding trust so that both people can feel valued, heard, and emotionally close again.
She has particular experience supporting clients with:
Relationship rupture and disconnect
- Healing relationship hurts or betrayals
Anxiety, Depression and emotional overwhelm
Grief and loss
Life transitions
Self-doubt and stress
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
Sofi believes therapy should feel like a safe, steady space where you can pause, reflect, and begin to make sense of what you’re carrying.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, uncertain about next steps, or simply longing to feel more like yourself again, she works collaboratively with you to build insight, strengthen resilience, and support meaningful, lasting change.
When you are ready to move toward hope, steadiness and meaningful change, Sofi provides guidance that feels both compassionate and empowering.
A Bit About Me Outside the Therapy Room
