Sometimes it’s not just the challenges you’re facing today that’s causing all the pain.
Kimberley is a Registered Psychotherapist trained in long-term psychodynamic therapy. She works with individuals, couples, adolescents, families and new parents.
She is uniquely able to get to the heart of painful issues and help people shift things in their lives for the better; not just offer temporary relief. Her approach is relational and informed by attachment, people’s life histories and their individuality.
Kimberley has helped clients who are experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship and attachment difficulties, family conflict, parenting questions, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm.
She brings an honest, warm, curious and compassionate approach to her work, creating a space where clients can feel comfortable exploring their experiences, emotions and relationships.
When we understand the roots of our challenges, we can begin to feel less overwhelming and more within our power to change. As those patterns become clearer, it becomes easier to make different choices, navigate challenges with confidence, and build stronger, more fulfilling relationships.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, relationship challenges, family conflict, or simply feeling overwhelmed, together, you’ll work toward breaking unhelpful patterns, building healthier relationships and boundaries, improving communication, and feeling more connected to yourself and the people who matter most.
Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and leading to therapy that is both more meaningful and practical.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting.
Book a complimentary 20-minute consultation with Kimberley towards feeling better and more free from the long standing patterns that bind you.
A Bit About Me Outside the Therapy Room
Outside of my work as a therapist, I have a background in the arts and have worked for many years in the film industry. This experience has given me an understanding of some of the particular pressures that can come with creative work and the gig economy, including uncertainty, changing identities, intense work environments, and the challenge of creating stability within an unpredictable career.
