Hermenia Fitzpatrick

M.A, R.P

Registered Psychotherapist

Hermenia has years of experience working with adults, adolescents (13+) and couples and is known for her warm, compassionate and non judgmental approach to therapy.

She supports clients through a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges and skillfully integrates EMDR, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, IFS, Narrative Therapy and other evidence based therapeutic approaches to meet her clients’ needs in the way tailored to them.

Whether you are carrying childhood trauma, are overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, struggling with life or work stress, trying to make sense of painful relationship patterns, she helps untangle the weight of the past so you can move forward with emotional resilience and self trust.

With over 200 hours of forma Mindfulness Meditation training, and experience  in using grounding and body based somatic therapy strategies, she is able to help clients feel safe, regulated, and anchored in the present so they can move forward in their lives.

Clients often say that for the first time they feel understood and truly seen. Her therapy is warm, relational and deeply validating, based in a belief that every person holds the capacity to heal, grow and reclaim their life.

If you are ready to feel like yourself again, therapy with Hermenia can be a turning point.

You deserve a space where healing is possible.  You are worth the work.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I find a lot of joy and grounding in cooking and baking. Whether it’s experimenting with new recipes or revisiting family favorites, I love the creative process and the sense of connection that sharing food can bring. For me, cooking is both meditative and expressive; it’s a way to slow down, be present, and care for others in a tangible way.
