MSW, RSW

Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist

With over 20 years of experience, I’ve had the honour of connecting and working with people from all walks of life, during some of the hardest chapters of their lives — whether it’s the exhausting fear of anxiety or OCD the quiet heaviness of depression, the pain of trauma and PTSD or life transitions and stressors, or the emotional overwhelm of life stress challenges. I know how isolating it can feel to be stuck in patterns that don’t reflect who you truly are — and how much strength it takes to finally reach out.

When we work together, you’ll find a space that feels calm, respectful, and truly yours. There’s no pressure to perform, no judgment — just steady support and care. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, ERP, ACT, DBT, EMDR, CPT and trauma-informed therapy, always personalized to your pace, your values, and what matters most to you.

My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, feel more grounded in your day-to-day, and gently move toward the life you want. We’ll build tools that are practical, compassionate, and truly usable — so you can begin feeling clearer, calmer, and more like you again.

I also offer clinical consultation for therapists. All sessions are held securely online across Ontario.
I look forward to hearing from you; reach out and book a free 20-minute call and we can connect and start working on getting you feeling better.

When I’m not supporting clients, you’ll probably find me wandering near the water with a good cup of coffee, laughing with friends, or getting inspired by a new creative project. I believe joy, humour, and meaningful connection are all part of the healing process — in and out of the therapy room.I haven’t met a cuisine I don’t like, and love to try the multicultural variety of foods the city has to offer.. I am always on the hunt for the next great read. I love spending meaningful time with my family and making simple, happy memories together. I’m always curious, always learning, and always looking for the little things that bring connection, comfort, and joy and ways to make a difference in my life, the lives of others or the community at large.
